Four Proofs of Honey Processing  

The thumb test. This test says that if a drop of honey runs off our thumb, it may be processed.  

He says thick honey indicates that it hasn't been processed into a watery syrup.  

The vinegar test. Put a tablespoon of honey in a cup of distilled vinegar. If it foams, it's fake.
