Protein-rich diets for muscular fuel  

Almond butter, flour, and 64 varieties of almond milk are sold at practically every grocery shop in America because almonds are high in protein.  

Fattier beef cuts like ribeyes have 30 grams of protein for 450 calories, while leaner cuts like sirloin tip side steak have the same protein for 150 calories  

Avoid creamier, fattier cheeses unless you need extra protein. Cheddar, parmesan, Gruyère, ricotta, and goat cheese have the most protein. One type wins, but we'll discuss that later.  

One of the leanest protein sources is chicken, at 200 calories per serving.
