Olive oil-based homemade dressing  

Making your own salad dressing with olive oil is healthy. Making extra virgin olive oil dressing is easy with this recipe.  

Ingredients 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon vinegar (balsamic, red, white, or lemon does nicely)  

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 chopped tiny garlic clove 1 tsp Dijon 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 teaspoon fresh-cracked black pepper  

Method Mix all ingredients in a small, tight-fitting jar.
