Ingredients: 1/2 cup small pineapple pieces, 1 pineapple wedge, 2 pineapple leaves.1 tbsp. packed light brown sugar.1 1/2 oz. rum
Ice, coconut water Seltzer water for topping, 1 lime wedge
Directions Muddle pineapple chunks and brown sugar in a cocktail shaker until pureed and juiced.
Mix rum and ice in cocktail shaker. Cover and shake firmly for 20 seconds to frost shaker outside.
Shake and tap shaker to filter all liquid into a pint or highball glass.
Put ice halfway in glass and add coconut water. Add seltzer.
On the other hand, there is a good likelihood that you won't even want to consume the entire beverage.
